Zorchenhimer ac5f29a696 [build-script] Start adding a new build script format ... This format is meant to replace the current .json file when describing .studybox ROM files, as well as handle compiling/assembling new ROMs from scratch. In theory, this will handle both ROMs that were decoded from tape as well as instructions to build a new ROM from various files.
